Wanda Mitchell
Wanda has a Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing, and additional training in Authentic Leadership, Emotion Quotient, and Tom Hopkins International Sales. She is also a Certified Professional Coach, graduating from an ICF accredited program. She is a Leadership/Personal Effectiveness coach partnering with highly motivated people committed to change. She coaches individuals on leadership skills for life, work and community roles. Wanda has held many leadership positions over the past 30 years. She has extensive experience in business start up and business redirection in both not-for-profit and for profit businesses.
Wanda also is a group facilitator specializing in team building, and working with groups to reach consensus. The method she uses is “The Focused Conversation Method” developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) as part of its Technology of Participation (ToP™).
