Mary Winograd
Mary is a Spanish bilingual, Argentinean-born corporate coach focused on intercultural competence. Since moving to the USA in 1999, she has helped others communicate across cultures and has worked directly and indirectly with national and international organizations including Nestle, Siemens, JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity Investments, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security and Department of Health.
In the past, Mary interacted with international clients and colleagues while working as a Production Coordinator and Researcher in media organizations such as the BBC in London, Warner Bros. and Dreamworks in Los Angeles, and P.B.S. in San Diego. She has led Young Leadership Seminars and Social Participation Workshops in Finnish and U.K.- partnered NGOs in Argentina and has worked in U.S.-Mexican projects by the U.S. Consulate in Tijuana and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She has lived, studied and worked for extended periods in three countries: Argentina, the UK and the USA. She has also traveled and done on-location research in some 25 countries around Europe and North and South America.
Mary holds an Honors B.F.A. in Business and Film and Television from New York University and a Certificate in Spanish Court Interpreting from the Southern California School of Interpreting. She is currently completing a Certified Professional Coach Program at the International Coach Academy, based in Sydney, Australia, and she has studied Portuguese and Hebrew in addition to being bilingual in Spanish.
